Make sureparts have plenty of room to move around and aren'tnestled together as this can cause irreparable warping. Fill it with plenty of water to fully saturate the partsand leave plenty of room for a rolling boil. Place on the stovetop and boil for 5-10 minutes thenremove from heat. Allow to cool to a manageable temperature, then usetongs and carefully remove parts. Set parts on a cleanpaper towel away from high-traffic areas. Allow parts to air dry before assembly. We do NOT recommend high heat cleaning for wearablepump cups.Microwave:Put the pump parts in a microwavable sanitizing bag/microwave sterilizer and follow themanufacturer's instructions for this method. NOTE: We do carry Medela Quick Clean Microwave Steam Bag in stores. We do NOT recommend high heat cleaning for wearable pump cups.Steam:Use an electric steam sterilizer, making sure bottles, breast shields, and nipples face down inside it. Sanitizing fluid or tablets:Some people choose to use a cold-water sterilizing solution. Alternatively, you could use a sanitizingspray.Make sure all parts are submerged, with no trapped air or bubbles, for at least 30 minutes.
